Booking is easy. Just phone me on 01242 602981 to check availability and if the dates are available I will then take a provisional booking. This booking will then be held for 4 days pending receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost and a completed and signed booking form. Lettings are from Monday to Monday, although some flexibility over dates may be possible out of season. The balance and £80 refundable security deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Booking conditions The maximum occupancy for the house must not be exceeded. Infants and young children should be included when stating numbers in party. All bookings commence at 5.00pm Monday and end at 10.00am Monday on the final day. It is essential that the house is vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure in order for our cleaner to prepare for incoming guests later on the same day. During August bookings are for a minimum of 2 weeks. The price includes rental of the property, gas, water and electricity. Bedding is provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
